What is the turnaround time?

Most orders require 2-4 Weeks notice. Orders that need to be completed before this time will be subject to an express fee. The start day of your order begins 24hours after payment is received. We request that you make your order as early as possible.

When do you start processing my order?

Your order will begin to be processed within 24hrs after the payment date.

Am I able to return / refund any items?

Unless there is a mistake or printing error caused by us, all sales are final.

Unforeseen Circumstances: 

Life happens, if one of our balloon arrangements does not make it to your loved one, we will make considerations to replace this item.
